About Rubi-lee
Born and raised in Daylesford, Victoria, I spent many years working in hospitality before moving into massage therapy. My background in caring for people and creating welcoming spaces naturally shaped the way I work today — with warmth, attentiveness and a deeply nurturing approach. I’m passionate about creating a space where people feel safe to slow down, rest and reconnect with their bodies.
My treatments are deeply centred around supporting the nervous system. So much of modern life keeps us in a constant state of doing, rushing and holding tension without even realising it. Over time, the body begins to carry the weight of stress, overwhelm, fatigue and the emotional load.
Through intentional touch, calming pace and a grounded approach to care, I create space for your body to soften out of survival mode and into a state of rest and restoration. I believe healing happens when the body feels safe, supported and listened to.
Each treatment is tailored to what your body needs on the day — whether that’s deeper remedial work, gentle release, stillness or simply time to exhale. I work intuitively and with care, allowing your body the opportunity to slow down, regulate and reconnect with itself.
My space is designed to feel warm, calming, and nurturing — somewhere you can arrive exactly as you are. A place to pause, breathe deeply and return home to your body.
Because caring for your nervous system is not a luxury, it’s an essential part of wellbeing.
