Booking and cancellation policy
Booking:
All bookings are by appointment only.
You can book online or if you have questions and would like to discus treatments contact us via email.
New clients will be asked to complete an intake form and agree to our Client Terms & Conditions to make a booking (you only have to do this once).
Payment:
A 50% deposit is required to make a booking.
You can pay in full during booking process or pay remainder in clinic by card unless otherwise arranged.
A receipt will be emailed to you after you appointment that you may use to claim with private funds where applicable.
Sick or feeling unwell:
If you are sick or feeling unwell please let me know as soon as possible. Your wellbeing and mine are important. You can reach me through email or instagram.
Cancellations or Missed appointment:
Please provide at lease 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
cancellations with less then 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee (this is your deposit).
Late arrival:
If you are late to an appointment it may have to be shortened for the respect of the following clients booking.
Health fund claiming:
health fund rebates are available for remedial massage (if covered by your provider)
I do not offer in clinic HICAPS but will provide an invoice suitable for claiming.

Paper records are stored in a locked cabinet.
Digital client notes and bookings are stored in password-protected systems.
Only myself can access your records.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, or disclosure.

Ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep (unless legally required to retain it)

Health Fund Disclosures
If you are claiming a rebate, we may need to share your treatment date and provider number with your health fund. This is only done with your consent and for the purpose of processing your claim.
